Studio 264 is a 2200 square foot studio space with multiple shooting areas.  The studio is equipped with:

- 300 square foot full service kitchen with: 2 stoves gas and electric, 3 refrigerators, 2 freezers, dishwasher and plenty of counter prep areas for food styling needs. 

- 2 client lounge areas

- espresso and coffee bar area

- plenty of free parking

- 15 miles from from Penn Station, NYC

- 3 miles from train station Montclair, NJ

- 3 miles from bus Montclair and Wayne, NJ 

- Walk-in studio access

- 20' ceilings

- 2 - 5'x5' windows with Northern light exposure

- French doors into private adjacent conference room

or shooting area 

- Restroom with shower

 

Studio rental includes 9' Fatif camera stand, grip kit, kitchen area equipment for a rate of $500.00 for a day. 

 

Fee of 50% payable upon booking and balance on day

of shoot.
